The mission, of The Marlon and Marcus Foundation, is to improve the lives of children and their families in our community. On Friday, October 7, 2022 we presented Mr. Brock Dunn, principal of the Autauga County Technology Center, with a check for $2500 to help cover fees for their students. The ACTC is vital to our community in that it prepares our students for entry into the workforce after graduation.

IN THE NEWS

“The generation of kids that are growing up here now, they have no idea of the history that they are literally living on. We want to educate them, and help them take pride in their community. A center like this could give them something to latch on to in a positive way,” Marlon Anderson said. “Nobody wants to be in a bad situation. Hopefully we can get to the point where we create job opportunities though vocational programs and other outlets”.
